Job summary

Google is seeking a Security Service Center Program Manager to lead the development and improvement of the Security Service Center ecosystem, a globally distributed network of hubs operated by vendor partners. You will help ensure the program scales to enable GSOC to deliver its mission and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage enterprise risks.

The role focuses on coordinating complex projects, maintaining SSC networks, and driving continual improvements across security operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs across multiple regions.
Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex cross-functional projects to optimize and scale risk detection, assessment, and mitigation.
Lead the GSOC Global Security Service Centre (SSC) Program.
Maintain the network of distributed SSCs in support of GSRS operations.
Document, analyze and regularly review SSC operations to enhance delivery.
Collaborate with security operations teams in strategy and design of security service centers.
