Job summary

Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) seeks a SSC Program Manager to lead the development and improvement of the Security Service Center ecosystem. You will coordinate a globally distributed network of hubs and vendor partners to detect, triage, and respond to physical security threats, scaling the program to support GSOC's mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ten years of experience implementing security resilience programs across regions.
Experience with multidisciplinary program management in a large organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex and cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to optimize and scale our ability to detect, assess, and mitigate risk while ensuring alignment with broader security efforts.
Lead the GSOC Global Security Service Centre (SSC) Program.
Maintain the network of distributed SSC’s in support of GSRS operations.
Document, analyze and regularly review SSC operations to enhance the delivery of operations.
Collaborate with security operations teams in the strategy and design of security service centers, with daily activities delegated and managed by the local campus or cluster security manager.
