Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead multi-workstream security projects and align them with global PMO standards. You will translate technical security work into business-ready plans for regional stakeholders and drive governance across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with security leaders, architects and operations to deliver on risk, compliance and security improvements at a global scale. Hybrid work with office presence required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream security projects.
• Ability to translate security work into business-ready plans for senior leaders.
• Strong governance, risk management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security projects with defined scope, timelines and resources.
• Drive delivery using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches per PMO standards.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and change requests across portfolio.
• Produce standardized status reports, RAID logs and KPIs for the Global PMO.
• Ensure projects align with global governance frameworks and templates.
• Collaborate with security leaders, architects, engineers and operations.
