Ingenico is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead multi-workstream security initiatives that strengthen our global posture. You will coordinate closely with security, IT, risk, and business units to define scope, timelines, and resource needs across regions.

Qualifications include proven security-project experience, English fluency, and relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile, CISSP/CISM). This hybrid role requires travel and a strong governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee multiple concurrent security projects with defined scope and delivery plans.
• Drive execution using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies per PMO standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across the portfolio.
• Produce standardised reporting for the Global PMO (status, RAID logs, milestones, KPIs, financials).
• Ensure projects adhere to governance templates and stage-gate requirements.
• Collaborate with security leaders, architects, engineers, and operations to translate requirements into deliverable plans.
• Communicate progress and blockers to senior regional stakeholders; enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Support annual planning, prioritisation, and resource forecasting for the security portfolio.
