Job summary

RBC in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, organisation, and implementation of complex IT security projects within Global Security. You will manage lifecycles, resources, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver secure and compliant solutions aligned with the bank's strategy.

This permanent, full-time role requires four days at our London Fenchurch office, offering a comprehensive rewards program and opportunities to grow within a leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PM with IT or security projects.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Good understanding of information security principles and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure adherence to Global Security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to information security.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of security awareness.
