Job summary

Crisis24 in Bournemouth is seeking a Security Operations Specialist, Global Operations, to support live security operations, threat monitoring, and emergency response across our Follow-the-Sun network.

You will work nine-hour shifts, coordinate with a global team, provide clear security advice, and assist with travel risk assessments, incident response, and post-incident reporting in a fast-paced, high‑tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in emergency or crisis response preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to brief personnel in distress and to liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Support security response and contingency planning.
• Keep Operations Management informed of escalating situations.
• Initiate mass communications and confirm welfare status.
• Respond to major security incidents with immediate support and advice.
• Help ensure safety of affected personnel and assets.
• Produce situation reports for client awareness.
• Coordinate and communicate security and evacuation tasks.
• Provide operational support to live crisis and incident response.
• Respond to Special Risks calls and escalate as needed.
