Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking full-time GSOC Analysts to join an embedded Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), providing 24/7/365 support to global operations. The GSOC supports the security function of a multinational client with a global footprint, requiring close collaboration with client stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.

This role is suited for candidates with strong research and professional writing skills, and with previous experience in, or a strong interest in, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, and investigations. The role is primarily operational in nature, while also including investigative and analytical responsibilities to support security operations, incident response, and stakeholder reporting.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.

This is an office-based role located at the Crisis24 office in central London. As the GSOC provides continuous 24/7 coverage, the position requires regular office presence and operates on a shift-based rota, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The ideal candidate will therefore be based in the London area or within a commutable distance of central London. Successful applicants typically have 1-4 years of experience.

Fluency in Arabic or Portuguese would be highly desirable.

What You Will Work On
  • Monitor global security developments through a range of sources, including internal reporting, stakeholders, open-source, social media, and intel monitoring platforms
  • Identify, assess, and **escalate** incidents requiring attention, and support relevant stakeholders in their response
  • Prepare and distribute security alerts, warnings, situational awareness updates, and travel security communications
  • Support emergency notification processes during incidents, crises, exercises, and other relevant situations
  • Contact employees and travellers during emergencies and provide timely updates to key stakeholders, as required
  • Coordinate with regional and global security teams in response to significant incidents requiring cross-regional support
  • Support crisis management activities, exercises, and event security operations
  • Provide security and crisis management support to employees and business travellers
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and travellers by managing security communication channels and responding to security-related queries and requests for support
  • Support travel security processes, including the monitoring of submissions, approvals, and traveller tracking where required
  • Provide pre-travel security advice and support to travellers
  • Coordinate actions in line with crisis management procedures, evacuation plans, and other security protocols
  • Support the maintenance of accurate records relating to sites, employees and travellers, ensuring information can be made available quickly during incidents, crises, or exercises
  • Monitor access control and CCTV systems, where required
  • Carry out any other GSOC-related duties as directed by the GSOC Manager, Regional Security Directors, or key stakeholders
Who You Will Work With

The Security Analyst will be part of the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) team, supporting the delivery of operational security monitoring, incident response, crisis management, and traveller support. The role will work closely with the GSOC Manager, Regional Security Directors, and other members of the client’s Security function, as well as employees and key stakeholders across the organisation.

What You Will Bring
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in security operations, intelligence, investigations, or a related field
  • Strong research, analytical, and professional writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear, accurate, and timely output in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally to a range of stakeholders
  • Previous experience in, or a strong interest in, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, or investigations
  • The ability to assess information, exercise sound judgement, and elevate issues appropriately in support of security operations and incident response
  • A sound understanding of security-related issues in a corporate or operational environment, and the ability to make balanced, business-relevant decisions
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in using a range of systems and technology to support operational monitoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence, Criminology, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic or Portuguese would be highly desirable
