Data Operations Manager - Pricing and Reference Data - Global Asset Manager

A highly regarded global asset manager is seeking a Securities Data Operations Manager to lead a global team across London, Geneva and Singapore.

The role will take ownership of securities setup, pricing and reference data, ensuring high-quality BAU delivery, strong risk controls and timely resolution of exceptions. You will work closely with investment teams and the Head of Data Operations, while driving process improvements, data quality initiatives and EDM transformation.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in a hands-on BAU Data Operations role covering Pricing, Static Data and Security Set-up, with strong Fixed Income knowledge. You will also need proven team leadership and management experience, with the ability to develop a high-performing team while remaining hands-on and actively managing the day-to-day.

The role offers a base salary of £80,000-£100,000, plus a highly competitive bonus and benefits package, alongside flexible hybrid working.
