Job summary

Dentons seeks a Head of Global Sectors to lead the firm's industry sector strategy, drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and coordinate sector growth across jurisdictions and practices.

In this client-facing role, you will build strategic relationships with senior clients, identify new business opportunities, and guide Sector Managers while collaborating with Sector Leaders, Relationship Partners, and Practice Leaders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in client development, strategic account management, sector leadership, or sales leadership in a professional services environment.
• Significant law firm experience and understanding of legal services and partner-driven business development.
• Proven success delivering growth strategies with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience engaging senior client executives and leading strategic initiatives across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the firm's global sector strategy and growth priorities.
• Drive revenue growth across priority sectors through strategic client development.
• Partner with Sector Leaders and client teams to advance significant opportunities.
• Develop sector go-to-market strategies aligning capabilities with market demand.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and industry leaders.
• Promote cross-practice, cross-region collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of Sector Managers and drive accountability.
• Monitor sector performance, pipeline activity, and growth initiatives.
