You will shape narratives, develop activation plans, and partner with senior leaders to ensure consistent, high-impact communications across regions and channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences.
• Confidence in presenting complex ideas and influencing others.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
• Poise to interact with all leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications strategy for Global EY SAP programs, shaping identity and engagement across the organization.
• Shape narratives, messaging, and activation to translate strategy into practical, leadership-ready content.
• Establish the BAU communications function and operating model for Global EY SAP, ensuring sustainable governance and cadence.
• Coordinate governance, stakeholder alignment, and activation across regions and service lines.
