Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs.
• Shape narrative frameworks, messaging, and internal toolkits for strategy translation.
• Establish and evolve BAU communications function and operating model.
• Oversee governance of recurring communications such as town halls and newsletters.
• Provide strategic oversight for webcasts and leadership forums.
• Align stakeholders across regions and service lines with cohesive messaging.
