Next Ventures is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations.

The role focuses on delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and rollouts, with governance, budgeting, and executive reporting at the forefront. Based in the United Kingdom, Norwich, you will interface with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes with international stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, governance, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and rollout programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
