Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Procurement Administrator for a busy manufacturing environment in Andover. You will raise POs in SAP, coordinate UK and international suppliers, and support stock management to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires strong procurement experience, excellent organisation and Excel proficiency, with close collaboration across internal teams and Freight/logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration.
• Strong SAP experience in Materials Management or Procurement.
• Experience with international suppliers and import logistics.
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Proficient with Excel and Office applications.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with UK and overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and support production through purchasing.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate supplier and product information.
• Resolve invoice and delivery queries.
• Ensure import and compliance documentation is completed correctly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operations.
