Job summary

Linklaters is seeking a Salesforce Trainer to join the Technology & Data team on a contract basis. You will support a global Salesforce training programme across the firm, delivering practical, engaging sessions to a diverse audience including Partners, Counsel, Associates, Secretaries and BD teams.

You will develop and maintain training materials, provide one-to-one coaching, and collaborate with the Change & Adoption and Digital Adoption teams to ensure delivery aligns with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Salesforce end-user training in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical learning interventions.
• Experience designing and updating training content and learner support materials.
• Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the global Salesforce training schedule for ~3,500 users.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person Salesforce training sessions.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect Salesforce changes.
• Provide targeted one-to-one coaching and support sessions.
• Create and update learner support resources (FAQs, job aids).
• Transfer knowledge to upskill the Technology Training team for ongoing delivery.
• Collaborate with Change & Adoption teams to understand requirements and priorities.
• Create training content aligned with firm standards and strategies.
