Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a detail-focused professional to join its Sales Compensation team, ensuring accurate and timely sales commissions and incentive payments across multiple regions. You will work with Sales Operations, Finance, HR and Payroll to combine data analysis with practical problem-solving.

You will bring strong Excel skills, accuracy, and a willingness to learn, with experience in sales compensation or related fields being valuable.

Responsibilities

• Administering and processing sales commissions and incentives per plans and local requirements.
• Validate performance data and payment calculations using compensation systems.
• Collaborate across regions to answer queries and prepare statements/reports.
• Maintain audit trails with internal controls and data protection in mind.
• Identify process improvements and support projects involving systems and policies.
