Job summary

The HALO Trust is looking for a Safeguarding Officer to strengthen safeguarding across all programs. You will provide expert guidance, support case management, and design training initiatives.

This full-time, remote role involves monitoring safeguarding practices and collaborating with various teams to ensure safe operations globally. Ideal candidates will have prior INGO safeguarding experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in safeguarding within an INGO.
• Experience of supporting or leading safeguarding investigations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and review of safeguarding self-reviews.
• Support the design and delivery of safeguarding training.
• Coordinate with HR and legal teams on safeguarding cases.
