Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Commercial Excellence & Revenue Growth Management Director to join the GTR Leadership Team. The role drives profitable, sustainable growth through stronger commercial choices and execution, with flexibility to be located in London or Singapore.

Responsibilities include leading pricing, promotion, portfolio strategy, and channel economics; building a data-driven performance framework; and shaping governance for commercial planning and investments across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in RGM, Commercial Excellence, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in FMCG or luxury travel retail strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RGM agenda across pricing, promotion, trade investments, portfolio, and mix.
• Develop pricing architecture and ensure implementation across markets.
• Drive ROI visibility and profitability through data-driven insights.
• Align commercial planning with finance and markets, including S&OP/IBP.
• Develop partnerships with operators and drive category management.
• Build capabilities and lead the Commercial Excellence/RGM team.
