Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is hiring in Glasgow to own the end-to-end DTC operational journey across three online storefronts serving 27 markets. You will manage 3PL relationships, ensure stock availability, and drive improvements in delivery and customer experience.

You will work with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Brand teams on inventory, new launches, and market readiness, applying KPI-driven insights to optimise efficiency and cost across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, ideally within DTC, ecommerce, consumer goods or related environment.
• Hands-on experience managing third-party logistics providers or external partners, including monitoring performance against service levels.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management and ERP systems, with ability to collaborate with IT on improvements and integrations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with ability to interpret operational KPIs and translate insights into improvements.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence to manage external partners and influence internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, willing to test ideas and drive improvements.
• Experience in regulated industries (spirits, food, pharma) advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end DTC operational journey, ensuring seamless order fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer experience across three online storefronts.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics and distribution partners across the UK and Germany, monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Lead operational planning and execution for new product launches, limited editions and seasonal peaks ensuring stock availability and delivery excellence.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory, monitor demand and ensure product availability across markets.
• Oversee the operational delivery of packaging, gifting and customer experience enhancements with Brand teams.
• Collaborate with Finance and Excise teams to support customs, duty, import documentation and reconciliation.
• Act as the operational point of contact for systems including SAP and Magento, supporting improvements and integrations.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting using KPIs to identify efficiency and cost opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and market teams across Europe and Asia Pacific for market expansion.
