Howden Re is seeking an organised, proactive RFP Manager to join our Global RFP Function on a fixed-term maternity-cover basis. The initial appointment is for 11 months, with hybrid working in the UK, and potential to move into a permanent position after team expansion in 2027.

You will coordinate proposals from qualification through submission, align content with brokers and subject-matter experts, and ensure adherence to global standards while capturing learnings to improve future bids.
