Howden Reinsurance Brokers Limited is seeking an organised, proactive RFP Manager to join the Global RFP Function on a fixed-term maternity-cover basis. You will coordinate proposals, liaise with brokers and subject-matter experts to develop compelling responses that differentiate us in the market.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in RFPs, bids, proposals, tenders or related client-facing delivery, ideally in insurance, reinsurance, financial services or a complex professional-services environment.

• Coordinate proposals, tenders and pitches from qualification to final submission.
• Develop tailored, persuasive responses with brokers and SMEs.
• Engage stakeholders and manage deadlines to ensure timely input and quality output.
• Maintain content standards, templates and design guidelines across RFPs.
