Job summary

LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT is seeking a Senior Reward Manager on a 12‑month interim basis for a global law firm. You will report to the Director of HR and shape the firm’s reward and benefits strategy to attract, retain and engage talent.

You will lead international reward design and implementation, oversee pay-for-performance schemes and incentive plans, and manage two direct reports, acting as a Willis Towers Watson SME to the business.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Reward and Benefits specialist at manager level.
• Experience leading a team and delivering across reward activities.
• International experience across jurisdictions.
• UK Gender Pay Gap reporting expertise.
• Ability to analyse reward processes and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the firm’s reward and benefits strategy.
• Manage international reward initiatives across regions.
• Design and implement pay-for-performance schemes and incentive plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align rewards with business goals.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure compliance.
