Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking an interim Global Reward Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced FMCG client based in Kingston upon Thames. This full-time temporary role runs for 12 months with a 36.25-hour week, offering hybrid remote/onsite working and a competitive pro-rata salary up to £50,000.

You will coordinate APR activities, gather data, produce reports, and support reward statements while collaborating with Reward, HR and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR, Reward, Payroll or People Operations processes.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to handle large datasets.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday or ServiceNow).
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining operational trackers and process documentation.
• Experience gained outside the UK or in sectors other than FMCG is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APR operational activities and monitor milestones.
• Gather and validate data from Reward, HR, Payroll and project stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain reports, trackers and dashboards.
• Support the generation and preparation of employee reward statements.
• Coordinate late changes and ensure approvals are obtained.
• Act as central contact for reward operations enquiries.
• Keep process guidance and system documentation up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and checks.
