Johnson Matthey is seeking a Revenue Recognition & Project Accountant to join our global finance team in Milton Keynes. You will support project financial management from setup through closure, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes revenue recognition, data governance in SAP, and collaboration with project managers and colleagues across finance. The ideal candidate has project accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Formación

• Experience in project accounting or project controlling.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial management of projects from setup to closure and reporting.
• Contribute to revenue recognition through data prep, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
• Maintain project data in SAP with accuracy and governance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and finance to support costing and performance tracking.
• Assist with month-end/year-end activities, audits and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and tackle data issues across project accounting activities.
