Job summary

Apple's Retail Network team is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate technology deployments across Apple Retail locations worldwide, including planed initiatives for new products and technologies.

You will partner with Retail, engineering, logistics, warehouse teams and external service providers to manage schedules, dependencies and risks, guiding projects from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of networking concepts to engage credibly with network engineering teams.
• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with cross-regional teams coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and objectives.
• Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and solutions into the retail environment.
• Coordinate activities across multiple distributed stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, engineering, operations, logistics, and vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate deployment activities, including scheduling, equipment readiness, logistics, onsite support, and remote technical support.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to review status and priorities.
• Manage project deliverables and drive closure of open items to maintain alignment with goals.
• Adapt project plans as requirements change and communicate changes timely.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain documentation across teams.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
