Apple is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate technology deployments for Apple Retail locations worldwide. You will partner with Retail, engineering, logistics and external vendors to plan and execute projects, maintaining schedules, risks, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Role emphasizes strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional store experiences.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, IP addressing, VLANs).
• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across regions and with internal/ external partners.
• Strong organisational and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring scope and schedule alignment.
• Support introduction of new products, technologies, and solutions into the retail environment.
• Collaborate with Retail, engineering, operations, logistics, and vendors to plan and execute projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Manage deployment activities including scheduling, equipment readiness, logistics, and on-site/remote support.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings to review status, priorities, risks, and actions.
• Ensure project documentation is communicated across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes, tools and ways of working.
