Agent Provocateur is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support global stores through efficient administrative, stock control and communications. You will act as a vital link between head office and store teams, coordinating information, training materials and store calendars to optimise performance and customer experience.

With strong organisational and problem-solving skills, you will manage inboxes, raise purchase orders, update training content and assist with stock takes, budgets

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or store administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Retail Ops inbox and store communications.
• Prepare weekly Agent Mail newsletter to global stores.
• Coordinate stock controls, stock takes and reporting.
• Raise purchase orders and track budgets with Finance.
• Develop training materials and roll out to international stores.
• Attend meetings and document minutes for senior teams.
