Agent Provocateur is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day global store operations, streamline administration, stock control, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Acting as a vital link between head office and store teams, you will help implement tools and processes to enhance store performance, elevate the customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

• Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the Retail Ops inbox and keep queries filed correctly.
• Compile a weekly store/global newsletter to HQ and stores.
• Serve as main point of contact between global stores and Head Office.
• Distribute store communications and company updates in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers on store needs and queries.
• Update training materials and share with global stores.
• Present monthly product/campaign training calls to stores.
• Attend meetings and record minutes for distribution.
• Manage global trading calendar with store hours/bank holidays.
