Qualifications

7+ years of commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare.
3+ years in downstream marketing, product management, or portfolio management leading multiple products.
Proven track record of launching medical technologies in regulated environments (FDA/CE).

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across regions, customer segments and product portfolios.
Develop global and regional commercial plans aligned to revenue and profitability targets.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking against growth plans.
Collaborate with regional direct sales and distributors to drive pipeline and conversions.
Align product strategy with market needs and support successful product launches with clear positioning.
Partner with marketing to design targeted campaigns for priority regions and segments.
Monitor reimbursement policies and competitive dynamics to inform commercial planning.
Define and track KPIs for regional performance, market share and channel effectiveness.
