You will work with regional sales, direct and indirect channels, and product management to translate market insights into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial experience in medical devices, biotech, or healthcare.
• Proven track record launching medical technologies in regulated environments (FDA, CE-MDR, etc.).
• Ability to model financial scenarios and make data-driven investment trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Identify regional and product growth opportunities with market data and KPIs.
• Define target segments and develop tailored value propositions for hospitals and labs.
• Lead and enable direct and indirect sales channels and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to launches with clear positioning and pricing.
• Monitor market access, reimbursement, and competitive dynamics to inform planning.
