Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial experience within medical devices, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• 3+ years in downstream marketing, product management, or portfolio management supervising multiple products.
• Proven track record of launching medical technologies in regulated environments (FDA, CE-MDR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across regions, segments, and product portfolios.
• Develop integrated global and regional commercial plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking against growth plans.
• Collaborate with regional sales, direct and indirect channels to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Align product strategy with market needs and lifecycle management.
• Support market access considerations and pricing for key regions.
• Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to reallocate resources for growth.
