Job summary

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London seeks a Principal, RO Services to lead and deliver Resident Office fit-out, refurbishment and related projects across its global office network, ensuring timely, safe and high‑quality workplaces. You will manage budgets, governance and supplier relations, oversee Cat A/B works, and coordinate with internal teams, landlords and external advisers.

Fluent English is essential; AutoCAD knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management and governance experience across large, complex estates projects.
• Experience delivering Cat A/B fit-outs and capital projects within international portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define and secure approvals for project briefs, business cases and investment positions.
• Lead the delivery of fit-out/refurbishment projects from inception to handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration across projects.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and sustainability standards are met.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and external advisors to deliver and govern the portfolio.
