EBRD, headquartered in London, seeks a Principal, RO Services to lead Resident Office projects and related portfolio initiatives across the Bank’s international office network. You will own client-side delivery of Cat A/B fit-out, refurbishment and relocation, coordinating with landlords, IT, Finance, Legal, Sustainability and Operations to ensure safe, compliant and sustainable workplaces.

• Experience delivering Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage budgets, cost planning and cash-flow forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management across landlords, sponsors and end users.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages desirable.
• Proven ability to procure and manage external consultants and contractors under international frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Define and secure approval of project briefs, options appraisals and business cases.
• Lead procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors.
• Direct delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects as client representative.
• Maintain change control, risk management and governance.
• Oversee contracts with consultants, contractors and service providers.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
