Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a globally recognized technology firm in recruiting a Lead Remote Project Manager to orchestrate large-scale international technology rollouts. This fully remote role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to guide distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets, mentor virtual teams, maintain alignment with global objectives, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management with 5+ years leading international technology projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification mandatory.
• Experience leading fully remote, globally distributed teams.
• Proficient with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of global technology rollout projects across regions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Mentor virtual cross-functional teams in different time zones.
• Establish communication protocols and ensure information flow among distributed stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate global project risks and dependencies.
• Oversee technical implementation, testing, and integration of new technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions on a global scale.
• Ensure adherence to global standards, compliance requirements and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in global project management methodologies and remote collaboration.
