Job summary

G MASS Consulting are partnering with a leading global hedge fund to appoint a Compliance Associate responsible for building an audit-ready regulatory reporting control environment across UK/EU, Singapore and the US. You will own the testing cycle, design control frameworks, and present evidence and MI to senior stakeholders.

Working closely with technology, operations and compliance teams, you will turn regulatory requirements into repeatable processes, embedding controls into daily routines

Qualifications

• Regulatory reporting knowledge
• Control design basics
• Documentation and evidence gathering

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance-testing cycle from start to finish, consolidating results into quarterly MI for leadership.
• Design and maintain control frameworks covering MiFID/MiFIR and MAS reporting, with clear ownership and evidence standards.
• Scrutinise reporting data for accuracy, completeness and timeliness, challenging outputs where needed.
• Lead insourcing of US regulatory reporting, including governance, parallel-run validation, and sign-off.
• Establish a robust process for disclosures and maintain procedures with version control.
