Coopman Search are partnering with a leading hedge fund in London to recruit regulatory reporting specialists. You will help build out the global reporting function across multiple regimes and regions.

You will work with Operations, Compliance, Technology and Front Office to drive BAU reporting, change initiatives, and automation, delivering accurate data and robust controls.

This role offers exposure to high-profile regulatory projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven regulatory reporting experience within a hedge fund, investment bank or asset manager.
  • Knowledge of EMIR, MiFIR Transaction Reporting, SFTR, MAS, CFTC, SEC, CAT or Form PF.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes.
  • Experience balancing BAU reporting with regulatory projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting vendors and SQL, Python or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firm's global regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage BAU reporting, reconciliations, exceptions and reporting controls.
  • Partner with Compliance and Technology to deliver reporting changes.
  • Interpret new regulatory requirements and assess operational impact.
  • Support onboarding of new products, markets and reporting regimes.
  • Produce business requirements, process documentation and UAT for reporting initiatives.
  • Drive automation, data quality and improvements across the reporting framework.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for regulatory reporting across Operations, Compliance and the Front Office.

Job description

Coopman Search are partnering with a leading hedge fund, who are seeking a number of regulatory reporting/transaction reporting specialists to join their London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the continued build-out of the firm's global regulatory reporting function, supporting both BAU reporting and strategic regulatory change initiatives across the UK, EMEA, APAC and the US.

Working closely with Operations, Compliance, Technology and Front Office teams, you will oversee global reporting obligations, drive process improvements and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the firm's global regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
