• 8+ years of experience across operations, programme/project management, management consulting or related strategic operational roles.
• Experience owning and delivering complex programmes in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
• Experience navigating large, matrixed organisations across multiple functions.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy and Legal teams.
• Exposure to regulatory operations, compliance, public policy, risk, trust & safety, or other regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of large-scale regulatory and compliance programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of programmes, establishing operating rhythms, milestones and accountability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy, Legal and Operations teams to align priorities.
• Analyse regulatory and operational challenges to identify opportunities for risk reduction and process improvement.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational processes.
• Use data to understand problems, identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Lead product assurance activity with attention to detail and a global perspective.
• Communicate programme progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency of the wider Operations function.
