Job summary

PAX is seeking a regulatory affairs professional in Bolton to lead pre-market registration and certification for electronic vaping products, including UK MHRA and international schemes. This role develops streamlined processes and provides training to R&D and project teams.

You will review packaging, SDS, and labeling, maintain a regulatory database, and issue analyses to support new product evaluations. Fluency in English and a strong regulatory background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, English or related field.
• 5+ years of regulatory registration and certification experience.
• Proficient in MHRA, TPD, UFI, ECAS and FDA regulations.
• Fluent spoken English; self-motivated and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-market registration and certification for vaping products.
• Coordinate compliance work: packaging, SDS, checklists, and training.
• Monitor global vaping regulations; maintain regulatory database and issue analyses.
• Organize compliance documentation and liaise with third-party labs.
