Job summary

Hayati is seeking a Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Officer to develop and manage the compliance framework for e-cigarette products across the UK and European market. You will monitor evolving regulations, lead product certification activities, and ensure ongoing compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Working with internal teams, certification bodies, and regulators, you will mitigate regulatory risks and support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Tobacco Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of regulatory affairs experience in e-cigarettes, nicotine products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and European regulatory frameworks with proven experience managing product approvals and regulatory submissions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and experience preparing regulatory documentation for external stakeholders.
  • Eligible to work full-time in the UK without visa sponsorship.

  • Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, external advisors, and internal stakeholders, supporting inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions.
