Job summary

Hayati®, PAX’s flagship brand, is seeking a Compliance Officer to develop and manage the compliance framework for e-cigarette and medical device products across the UK and European markets.

You will monitor evolving UK and European regulatory requirements, lead certification projects, and ensure ongoing compliance throughout the product lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in regulatory compliance with UK/European certification projects.
• Fluent English and ability to prepare regulatory reports and submissions.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU medical device and tobacco product frameworks.
• Legal qualifications or regulatory certifications are a plus.
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret European regulations and standards for e-cigarette and medical devices.
• Lead certification projects for UK and European markets and manage timelines.
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments across development, manufacturing and commercial operations.
• Prepare regulatory documentation, submissions, and compliance reports.
• Deliver compliance training and provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Support inspections and audits by European authorities with documentation in English.
