Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Change Project Manager / Business Analyst in Edinburgh to lead change delivery and support regulatory and information risk initiatives. You will collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Legal and Compliance to ensure robust decisions and proper implementation of requirements.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, workshops, and experience with markets trading products and post-trade systems.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering global change within Markets/Investment Banks.
• Solid understanding of Markets trading products and front-to-back lifecycle flows.
• Skilled in running workshops, presenting to global stakeholders, and driving consensus.
• Experience working with Front Office and/or Post-Trade systems.
• Ability to document Operating Models, BRDs, and process flows.
• Structured planning with clear milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory change into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead change delivery with engagement across Front Office, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Clarify requirements with business partners and propose solutions.
• Chair meetings and workshops with global stakeholders to share regulatory requirements and drive consensus.
• Refine requirements for consumption by various teams.
• Manage project deliverables with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Embed change initiatives into BAU and provide post go-live support.
