Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Transaction Reporting Business Analyst / Project Manager in the United Kingdom to drive regulatory change initiatives and manage end-to-end delivery for Trade and Transaction Reporting projects.

You will translate regulator guidance into business requirements, coordinate with Tech, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Front Office teams, and lead testing activities from UAT to production rollout, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs/projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory text into implementation requirements.
• Experience driving change in Capital Markets/Transaction Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory guidance to create business and functional requirements for Trade and Transaction Reporting projects.
• Coordinate with the portfolio change lead and multiple teams to plan, track activities and communicate progress.
• Support testing, UAT and Production Parallel testing to ensure smooth rollout.
