Job summary

McDonald’s seeks a Manager, Recognition to lead and operationalize global recognition initiatives, including the NEXT Restaurant Team Award, across the System. You will work with Global People, Operations, Impact, Communications and market stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment of recognition programs.

You will manage governance, timelines, budgets and risk, while coordinating across multiple teams to deliver a world-class recognition experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or recognition experience.
• Experience leading global initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Vendor or agency management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global recognition initiatives.
• Oversee NEXT Restaurant Team Award milestones and governance.
• Support enterprise recognition programs such as SHINE.
• Partner with Global People, Operations, Impact and markets.
• Provide status updates to leadership and governance groups.
