Job summary

Strand Hill, a leading global real estate investment manager, is seeking a Fund Controller to join a high-performing team supporting a flagship open-ended global real estate fund.

Reporting to the Fund CFO, the role covers fund reporting, valuations, performance measurement, investor reporting, tax and regulatory oversight, with exposure to institutional investors and external advisors.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 5+ years' PQE.
• Experience in Big Four/top-tier firm or real estate/private equity fund environment.
• Strong financial control, analytical and fund accounting skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, INREV would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly fund reporting cycle, including reviewing valuations, accounts and investor reporting.
• Oversee investment valuations, fund policy alignment and performance calculations.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support finance due diligence and new investment transactions.
• Collaborate with external fund administrators, auditors and treasury on cash management.
