Quantinuum seeks an experienced Head of Sales Enablement to architect a global, multi-year enablement strategy and lead capability building for enterprise sales.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales enablement, commercial operations, or technical enterprise sales within deep-tech environments.
- Proven ability to translate highly technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a global multi-year sales enablement strategy aligned to growth priorities.
- Define onboarding and learning architecture with role-based development to accelerate productivity.
- Lead development and governance of sales content and enablement assets matching buyer journeys.
- Redesign and optimise global sales processes, methodologies, and forecasting standards.
- Partner with marketing and product to ensure readiness and aligned messaging across teams.
