The role includes end-to-end STRAP process ownership, closed-loop execution, and enterprise planning with a strong focus on vertical strategies, platform monetization, and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record leading corporate strategy in R&D environments.
• Ability to distill complex tech, markets, and ops into executive narratives.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end STRAP process with multi-year strategy and explicit choices.
• Translate strategy into measurable initiatives, KPIs/OKRs, and governance cadences.
• Lead annual and multi-year business planning across technical, commercial, and business functions.
• Develop vertical strategies with customer-back perspectives and use-case prioritisation.
• Align platform and value chain strategy across hardware, software, applications, commercial, and business functions.
• Drive alignment, trade-offs, and execution discipline at the enterprise level across functions.
• Engage Executive Team and Board with strategic narratives and recommendations.
• Translate strategy into clear internal narratives with Marketing and communications.
