Job summary

GSK invites graduates to join the Quality Science Graduate Programme in Barnard Castle, commencing September 2027. The two-year programme blends rotations, training and mentoring to apply science, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges.

You will rotate through home sites, gain cross‑functional experience, and participate in Kaizen assignments and tailored development opportunities while contributing to GSK’s net carbon zero mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical science or related field.
• Written and spoken English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Gain regulatory insight and understand compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Hands-on lab and production exposure across quality testing and manufacturing.
• Learn quality systems, deviations, CAPAs, change control and documentation.
