Job summary

GSK invites talented students and graduates to join the two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme in London, starting September 2027. You will apply scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges through rotations, training and mentoring.

Expect cross-functional projects, mentoring, and exposure to external manufacturing partners as you develop within a structured development programme designed to accelerate your career and impact patients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a science or related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to rotate geographically (domestic).
• Graduation by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GSK teams and external partners across rotations.
• Support project delivery, risk management and milestones across the network.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to learn end-to-end external manufacturing processes.
• Develop understanding of GMP, QA, supply planning and procurement during rotations.
