Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is offering a two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme in Barnard Castle for September 2027 start. You will rotate across functions, apply scientific or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges, and receive mentoring and targeted training.

You will work on cross-functional projects, learn Kaizen methodologies, and contribute to GSK’s mission of delivering medicines and vaccines at scale. A strong data and digital focus will be developed throughout.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science/BSc or Master of Science/MSc with focus on data management and digital technologies.
English language fluency in writing and speaking.
Graduation by August 2027.

Responsibilities

Support external manufacturing coordination across global partners.
Assist in project delivery and governance for supply chain initiatives.
Develop data-driven insights to improve manufacturing processes and product supply.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure GMP compliance.
