Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology in Droitwich Spa is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001. You will drive quality improvements across manufacturing and support functions, collaborating with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading quality functions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Drive improvements in product quality, process capability, and first-pass yield across manufacturing operations.
• Lead investigations into quality issues from production, suppliers, and customers; ensure timely resolution.
• Manage audits (internal, supplier, customer, third-party) and certification activities.
• Coach and develop the site quality team; promote continuous improvement culture across functions.
