Job summary

Specsavers Norge is seeking a QE Governance & Engagement Lead to shape how Quality Engineering is delivered across a global technology organisation. You will define and evolve the global Quality Framework, govern the QE managed service, and drive automation and best practices to improve delivery quality and speed to value.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders and suppliers to embed quality from the outset, influence major programmes, and enable a quality-first culture

Qualifications

• Deep Quality Engineering expertise and strategic leadership.
• Experience implementing quality frameworks and governance models.
• Experience managing suppliers and driving organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global Quality Framework, setting standards, policies, governance models, and best practices.
• Govern the QE managed service and hold delivery partners accountable for quality outcomes and value.
• Drive the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices, automation, and reusable test assets.
• Provide data-driven insights on quality performance, risks, trends and opportunities to senior leadership.
